The HARDKISS first concert has teared me into pieces!

This Saturday, May 18 I've attended the first solo concert of an amazing Ukrainian group THE HARDKISS in Kyiv. Can't say the group is well known here but still it has own fans and we are really proud of having such musical product. For sure, they deserve worldwide fame (and it'll happen soon I hope).

Firstly, I must admit the longest queue I've ever seen - the colorful crowd has been feeding hungry mosquitoes (the summer is near, guys) and waiting to enter the 'Green Theater' club. And at last we're in: tasty cocktails, nice DJ set and positive characters around us have made the evening better.

After waiting only 1.5 hour (!) the loud mob welcomes 'dark army' of the queen - Julia Sanina. Fantastic visuals on the huge screen, magical sound effects and luminous heart on the vocalist's chest - all that have taken us to the mystical atmosphere of inspiring music.

Hot news from the capital of Ukraine Kyiv. The city is almost ready for foreign visitors, much work is finished, the new image of historical places is updated! This "plastic surgery" will possibly kill an ancient soul of my lovely Kyiv.

Tears, tears, tears. If you've visited Andriyivskyy Descent before "reconstruction" - you are definitely lucky! But our children will not touch the legend, will not feel the smell of time...

Take a look at Andriyivsky Uzviz, one of the most famous historical streets in Ukraine. Who's done that? Which brain could born such an idea? What evil plans are waiting for Kyiv?

Crazy Bell-Ringers Have Brought French Spring to Kyiv (Photos)

My friends and me have decided to go to announced show "Crazy Bell-Ringers". But it was not so easy to make: transport couldn't move from the wave of people wanting to appear on Sofiya Square in the center of Kyiv. Though it was cold, many viewers were waiting for the start. Every meter on the square was occupied.

At last something started. Yeah, something. Nobody understood what is happening. Funny actors were dancing, screaming, drumming... But nobody from far away couldn't realize the idea of the acting.

"They had to do something with the sound, don't hear what they are saying", - grumbled a woman.

Homeless Dogs Are Being Killed in Donetsk For Euro 2012!

More news about preparations to Euro 2012 in Ukraine. Donetsk was cleaned from homeless dogs. It is normal practice for our country. At first they are frightening people: street dogs are sick, aggressive, dangerous - we have to clean our city! And now it's done. Horrible work, evil killers!

Euro 2012 Will Disgrace Ukraine

Ok, so we are hosting the famous football cup Euro 2012.
On the one hand it's wonderful: many tourists, events, much money will enter Ukraine. Plus our government started to move in different areas. Updates, restructuring, PR.
But on the other hand Euro 2012 can disgrace our country, because all the movement seems to be a king of theater or well planned show. In real guests of Kyiv will face many problems.

Яке Євро-2012! В транспорті о 21 (!) годині "контролери" прискіпуються до іноземця, який щойно зайшов у тролейбус, бо нема квитка! А кондуктор є? А до водія дійти треба? А посвідчення "контролер" надав?
Ну от кому кричати? Куди скаржитися? І воно ж по-людськи себе не вміє поводити! Ані пари слів англійською! Якби була присутня - точно б стукнула!
